At AWARE, we strive to make our resources as widely available as possible. However, we depend on the sale of our resources as a small but viable portion of our revenue. Our prices reflect cost retrieval only. We are a very small organization and your support enables us to continue our work. We appreciate your honesty in respecting our terms of use policy.
 

All materials on the AWARE website are protected by Canadian copyright law and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

If you intend to use AWARE’s resources and require multiple copies, you may purchase multiple hard copies from AWARE. Or you may purchase a licensing agreement for reprint purposes. The costs and terms of each individual licensing agreement depend on the number of copies you intend to reprint. Licensing agreements are issued each time a reprint is requested; if additional copies of any of AWARE’s resources are required in the future, one-time copyright permission will once again be purchased from AWARE.

  • the copies are used for non-profit educational purposes, or research or private study;
  • you do not remove any logo, trademark, copyright or other notice from the copies.
